We are experiencing intermittent 400 errors when making requests. While a 400 response typically indicates a “bad request” per your documentation, we sometimes receive a successful response upon retrying the exact same request. This inconsistency makes it difficult to determine the validity of the error codes we receive, and our retry attempts are incurring additional costs.
We initially suspected this issue might be related to our request rate or API tier, but we’ve ruled out any connection to premium or rotating requests. As such, we’d like to avoid upgrading or spending further on premium calls if the issue does not necessitate it.
Could you investigate this issue and advise on any steps we can take to mitigate it? Additionally, we’d appreciate any information on whether this could be addressed on your end to reduce unnecessary retries on valid requests.
