The challenge

The lead generation challenge.

Manual prospecting doesn’t scale, and paid databases cost thousands a month for someone else’s stale snapshot.

Incomplete contact data

Missing emails and phones leave decision-makers off your outreach list entirely.

Outdated databases

People change jobs every 2 to 3 years. Stale data means high bounce rates and missed opportunities.

Expensive databases

ZoomInfo and similar tools cost thousands per month with rigid targeting that doesn’t fit your ICP.

Platform limits

Manual LinkedIn work is constrained by rate limits and account restrictions; it doesn’t scale past a single SDR.

Use cases

How sales teams use it.

B2B prospecting

Prospect lists matched to your ICP.

Build targeted lists from company sites, business directories and listings. Extract job titles, company size, industry and location, then filter by your ICP in your own code before importing to your CRM.

Business outcomes
  • Less manual prospect research per rep
  • Lists built from the sources you choose
  • ICP filters applied in your own pipeline
  • Fresh data pulled whenever you need it
Sales intel

Enrich every account before the first call.

Add company and contact details from public sources to your CRM records: funding news, employee counts, reviews, team pages. Build fuller account profiles for personalised outreach and ABM.

Business outcomes
  • Fuller account profiles for better targeting
  • Personalised messaging grounded in real data
  • Tech and growth signals from public pages
  • Research time per account cut from hours to minutes
Recruiting

Sourcing pipelines beyond job boards.

Collect public profile and listing data for hard-to-fill roles. Extract current title, work history and skills where they are publicly shown, and build sourcing pipelines beyond inbound.

Business outcomes
  • Less sourcing time per req
  • Candidates beyond the job boards
  • Larger pipelines for specialised roles
  • Sourcing data in your own ATS format
Partnerships

Discover partnership opportunities systematically.

Find resellers, integration partners and complementary vendors. Scrape industry directories and SaaS marketplaces and extract business-development contacts to build a partnership pipeline.

Business outcomes
  • More partnership opportunities found
  • Partner lists from directories and marketplaces
  • Business-development contacts in one dataset
  • Faster channel development and market expansion
Sources

Extract B2B contacts from the sources that matter.

Company sites, directories, business listings and professional networks. JavaScript rendering and premium or residential proxies are built in; you define the fields with extract_rules.

LinkedIn

Public company pages: name, industry, size and location. LinkedIn’s terms restrict scraping, so review them first.

Crunchbase

Startups and companies with funding rounds and investors. High-growth prospects and partnerships.

Business directories

B2B listings with company names, emails and phones where published. Custom lists, no database subscription.

Yelp

Local business contacts for B2B prospecting, for service providers targeting local SMBs by geography.

Google Maps

Business listings with names, addresses, phones, websites and ratings through the SERP API (search_type=maps).

Yellow Pages

B2B prospecting in traditional industries such as construction, healthcare and professional services.

Industry directories

Trade association member lists and niche B2B databases. Decision-makers not in general databases.

Company websites

Team, About and contact pages. Executive names and published emails, straight from the source.

How it works

Three steps to your own prospecting pipeline.

1

Define your ICP and sources

Pick job titles, industries, company sizes and locations, then list the directories, listings or company sites to collect from. Write extract_rules for emails, phones, profile URLs and company details.

2

Extract at scale

Send the URLs to the Scrape API from your own script or workflow tool. It renders JavaScript, rotates proxies and returns the fields you defined as JSON.

3

Verify, enrich and load

Verify emails with a verification service, merge and dedup records in your own code, then push them to Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive with your own integration, or save them as CSV.

Try it

Drop a directory URL into the playground.

See structured company data (name, industry, location, size) come back from a directory or listing page.

Features

Built for production B2B data pipelines.

Email extraction

Pull the business emails a page shows, including mailto links and JavaScript-rendered values. Run them through your verification service before outreach.

Phone number extraction

Direct lines, office numbers and mobiles as published on the page. Normalise formats and country codes in your pipeline.

Company data

Name, location, employee count, industry and funding info where the page publishes them, as JSON fields you define.

Social profile links

Collect the LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram links a company publishes, so you can match records across sources.

Lead enrichment

Fill in missing emails, phones, titles and company details on existing lists by scraping the source pages. Dedup and clean on your side.

Works with your CRM

JSON output that you load into Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive through your own integration or a workflow tool.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Is LinkedIn scraping for lead generation legal?
LinkedIn’s terms prohibit automated scraping. In hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn, US courts found that scraping publicly accessible data is not unauthorized access under the CFAA, but hiQ was later found to have breached LinkedIn’s User Agreement. Terms of service, copyright and privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA still apply. You are responsible for how you collect and use data; check with your own counsel.
How do you verify email addresses?
Ujeebu extracts the emails shown on the page; it does not verify them. Run results through an email verification service (syntax, MX and SMTP checks) before outreach.
How do you ensure lead quality?
Quality comes from your sources and your rules. Ujeebu returns the fields you define in extract_rules; apply your own ICP filters, dedup and scoring on your side before export.
GDPR compliance for B2B leads?
You are responsible for GDPR compliance for the data you collect. Collect only business contact data you need, document a legitimate-interest basis for EU prospects, keep source records, honour opt-outs and include an opt-out in every message.
How often should I refresh the database?
Business contacts decay fast: people change jobs every 2 to 3 years on average. A common cadence is a quarterly full refresh, monthly updates for high-value accounts, and more frequent checks on key accounts for trigger events such as funding or executive changes. You run the refresh schedule and call the API.
Export formats?
The API returns JSON, which you can convert to CSV or push into your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) with your own integration or a workflow tool.
